Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") describes how cancellations and refunds work for purchases of access to Next Watch TV (the "Service"), operated by BurrLife LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions and uses the same defined terms.

If you have a billing concern, please email contact@nextwatchtv.com before requesting a refund or initiating a chargeback. We will respond and try to resolve the issue directly.


1. Plans and Pricing

NextWatchTV currently offers three paid plans:

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Current pricing is always shown on the pricing page at app.nextwatchtv.com before checkout.


2. How to Cancel

2.1 Annual subscription purchased on the web (Stripe)

You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing in the web app, or by emailing contact@nextwatchtv.com from the email address on file. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term. You keep paid access until the term ends, and you will not be charged for the next renewal.

2.2 Annual subscription purchased on iOS (Apple)

Apple manages all iOS subscriptions. To cancel, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, select NextWatchTV, and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple's instructions are also available at support.apple.com/HT202039. BurrLife LLC cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.

2.3 Lifetime Access

Lifetime is a one-time purchase and is not "canceled" in the subscription sense. To stop using the Service, you can request account deletion by emailing contact@nextwatchtv.com (see Section 7 of the Terms).


3. Refund Policy — All Sales Final

NextWatchTV is a digital subscription service, and access is delivered to your account immediately upon purchase or trial conversion. All sales are final. Except as expressly stated in Section 4 (Limited Exceptions) and Section 5 (Mandatory Consumer Rights), fees are non-refundable in all cases, including:

Free trials. You will not be charged if you cancel during the 7-day free trial. There is nothing to refund for the trial period itself.


4. Limited Exceptions

We will issue a refund only in the following narrowly scoped situations. Email contact@nextwatchtv.com within the timeframes listed below.

4.1 Duplicate or accidental billing

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase (for example, two Lifetime charges on the same account, or an Annual charge and an Apple Annual charge for the same plan within the same period), contact us within 60 days of the duplicate charge. Verified duplicates will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

4.2 Clear billing errors caused by us

If you were charged an amount that does not match the price displayed at checkout, or were charged after a successful cancellation took effect, contact us within 60 days of the charge. Verified billing errors caused by us will be refunded.

4.3 Unauthorized purchases (account compromise)

If you believe a purchase was made through your account without your authorization (for example, due to credential theft), contact us promptly. We may require you to verify account ownership and reset your credentials before issuing a refund. Unauthorized-purchase refunds are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed.

These three exceptions are the only circumstances in which we will issue a refund under our voluntary policy. We do not offer "money-back guarantees," "satisfaction refunds," prorated refunds for unused subscription time, or refunds for forgotten cancellations.


5. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation right you have under applicable consumer-protection law (for example, certain U.S. state laws governing automatic-renewal disclosures, or non-U.S. statutory rights for consumers). Where such rights apply, we honor them as required.


6. iOS Purchases — Refunds Are Handled by Apple

This Policy applies to purchases made through our web experience (processed by Stripe). It does not govern purchases made through the Apple App Store.

Apple controls refunds for purchases made through the App Store. Refund requests for iOS purchases must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. BurrLife LLC cannot approve or deny Apple refunds. If Apple grants you a refund, we will update your account entitlement to reflect the refund.

8. What Happens to Your Access After a Refund

If we issue a refund for a paid plan, the corresponding entitlement on your account will be revoked as of the refund date, and you will lose paid access tied to that purchase. If you also have another active entitlement (for example, a separate Lifetime purchase), that entitlement remains in effect under the precedence rules in our system.


9. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us first at contact@nextwatchtv.com. We will respond within 2 business days and try to resolve the issue directly.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute that we reasonably determine to be invalid (for example, after the Service has been delivered and used, or after a refund request has been declined under this Policy), we may suspend or terminate your account and revoke paid access under Section 7 of the Terms.


10. Promotional Offers

Promotional offers — including discounts, promotional codes, and extended trials — may have additional eligibility rules and may be modified or revoked by us at any time to the extent permitted by law. Refunds are not offered for the difference between a regular price you paid and a later promotional price.


11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the Service or by email. The Policy in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase.
