Why focus on completed shows?

Starting an unfinished show means accepting cliffhangers, long waits, and the risk that the story never concludes. NextWatchTV prioritizes completed series so your next start can become a satisfying finish.

How is this different from other TV recommendation services?

Most recommendations lean on popularity, anonymous ratings, or broad activity patterns. NextWatchTV adds a private editorial layer: completion status, household taste, subscription filtering, dismissals, cross-favorite agreement, and transparent match scores.

Does it know what I subscribe to?

Yes. You choose the services in your profile, and recommendations filter through that subscription list. Profiles can differ within a household, so each person can get practical recommendations for what they can actually watch.

What happens when I dismiss a show?

The dismissal is treated as a durable signal. The show should not keep coming back, and the recommendation engine can use that feedback to reduce similar mismatches.

Can multiple people use the same account?

Yes. Create multiple household profiles with independent recommendations, ratings, subscriptions, watch history, and taste signals.

How do recommendations work?

A scoring engine combines your household taste profile, quality signals, streaming availability, completion status, and cross-seed agreement to calculate a 0–100 match score for each recommendation.

Is NextWatchTV social?

No. NextWatchTV is private and household-scoped. It does not post your viewing history, show what friends are watching, or turn your recommendations into a public feed.

Can I join right now?

Yes. Pick a plan on the sign-up page and you’re in. Monthly and annual plans include a 7-day free trial. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Already have an account? Sign in.

What does it cost?

Three plans: $1.99/month (with a 7-day free trial), $14.99/year (with a 7-day free trial — best value), and $49.99 one-time lifetime. One purchase works in the web app and iPhone app. Android users can use the web app from their phone. Cancel anytime; no hidden fees.

Can I use NextWatchTV on Android?

Yes. NextWatchTV does not currently have a native Android app, but Android users can use the web app from their phone’s browser. Your account, household profiles, ratings, watchlist, and Match Scores work through the same web app used on desktop and laptop.

Can I install NextWatchTV on my Android home screen?

Many Android browsers support adding web apps to the home screen. Open NextWatchTV in your phone’s browser and look for your browser’s install or “Add to Home screen” option. The exact wording varies by device and browser.
