Billing
How billing works
Stripe is our primary payment processor. When you purchase Next Watch TV on the web through Stripe, your purchase is tied to your Next Watch TV account — so a single Stripe purchase entitles you on both web and iOS. Cards are charged in USD, and prices exclude any applicable taxes that may be added at checkout. Charges appear on your statement as NEXTWATCHTV (or a similar variant). Android users should purchase through the web checkout; access is tied to your NextWatchTV account.
App Store purchases (iOS) are offered as a convenience for iPhone-only users who prefer to pay through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Apple — not Next Watch TV — manages iOS billing, renewals, and refunds for any purchase made in the iOS app. You can manage and cancel iOS subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. If you use Next Watch TV on both web and iPhone, purchasing through Stripe on the web is usually the simpler path.
Price changes. We may change the Monthly or Annual price for future renewal terms. If we do, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then. Lifetime purchases are honored at the price you paid — we don’t bill you again later.

Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Monthly and Annual plans both include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. The Lifetime plan does not include a trial (it’s a one-time purchase). Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per account across all plans — switching between Monthly and Annual doesn’t reset the trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can switch between Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime at any time. Switches between recurring plans take effect at the end of your current paid term (no mid-term proration), so you keep the access you already paid for and the new plan starts cleanly when the current one ends. Upgrading to Lifetime cancels future renewals on whichever recurring plan you were on.
How do I cancel?
For web subscriptions, cancel anytime from your Account → Billing page, or email contact@nextwatchtv.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and you keep access until then.
For iOS subscriptions, cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Next Watch TV cannot cancel Apple subscriptions on your behalf.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase — there’s nothing to cancel.
How do refunds work?
All sales are final. We do offer refunds in three specific cases: duplicate or accidental billing, a clear billing error caused by us, or an unauthorized purchase on your account. Email contact@nextwatchtv.com within 60 days of the charge. For full details, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
For iOS purchases, Apple manages refunds. Submit iOS refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
On the web, all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. On iOS, whatever payment methods Apple supports for In-App Purchase on your Apple ID.
Do you charge per person in my household?
No. One Next Watch TV account covers your entire household. Each person gets their own profile with their own preferences, ratings, watch history, and Match Scores — all under a single subscription or one Lifetime purchase. Profiles in the same household share the subscription, not their viewing data.
Will my Lifetime purchase last forever?
Lifetime grants paid access for as long as Next Watch TV continues to be operated by BurrLife LLC and your account remains in good standing. We don’t commit to operating the Service indefinitely, but as long as we do, your Lifetime purchase is yours — at the price you paid, with no renewals.
